AIROCIDE
Airocide PPT is NASA developed technology for the elimination of airborne contamination. Airocide PPT effectively kills airborne molds, yeasts and bacterium. Reduction of airborne mold population can help to reduce the incidence of cellar TCA. This unit will also destroy gaseous volatile organic compounds (VOC’s), such as TCA, which can be common in winery settings.
The Airocide PPT unit functions effectively at a wide range of humidity levels and temperatures. This effectiveness makes Airocide a valuable tool for controlling mold growth in humidity controlled cellars and yeast and bacteria loads in sensitive bottling situations. Unlike ozone, Airocide PPT is non-invasive and is not a safety concern for staff or equipment.
Optimally, a single unit can be used to cover a volume of 25,000-30,000 cubic feet.
