Scott Laboratories, Ltd carries the Supreme Corq line of injection molded corks. Supreme Corq is the world's leading manufacturer of synthetic closures for the wine and distilled spirits industry, and supplies synthetic corks to over 1600 wineries in 32 countries.
Supreme Corq closures offer a high quality seal and are applied with any standard corking equipment. These closures are made from a food-grade, high quality thermoplastic elastomer which provides a TCA (2,4,6 trichloroanisole) free seal.
SupremeCorq's are quality tested for a variety of characteristics, including dimensional and physical properties (length, weight, diameter), coating consistency and insertion/extraction force to ensure optimum product performance. Produced under the strictest food quality packaging and ISO guidelines, Supreme Corqs have passed test after test for structural integrity and oxygen-barrier ability.
They come in three sizes: 45mm, 38 mm and T-Top, and can be color-coordinated to match nearly any packaging design. Both the 45 mm and the 38 mm are designed to seal still wine bottles and can accommodate a printed logo or winery name.
45 mm + 38 mm
The 45 mm and 38 mm Supreme Corq is a high-quality closure that virtually eliminates TCA (2,4,6 trichloroanisole), leakage, evaporation, crumbling and bark dust traditionally associated with tree-bark closures. Often imitated but never duplicated, Supreme Corqs come in any color imaginable, and can be permanently printed on with high-resolution graphics.
T-Top
The T-Top (pull top cork) is design especially for distilled spirit, wine and other food products. Integrated one-piece construction make cork and cap inseparable. This TCA free seal comes in any color combination and forms an excellent seal. No bottle opener is required.
