VINITANNIN� W is a highly purified tannin preparation de rived from white grape skins

Usage
Dissolve 10 g of VINITANNIN� W in 250 ml of wine or water at a temperature of 35�40�C(95� 104�F). Acidify the suspension with 10 g/L of tartaric acid and stir well. Follow this by adding the suspension homogenously into the juice or mash. It is very important to add VINITANNIN� W always before adding SO2 . It is necessary to wait at least 15 minutes before adding SO2 .
Storage
Dated expiration. Unopened the shelf life is approximately 2 years at room temperature (25�30�C/77�86�F). Protect against light and humidity. Once opened, use within 1 month.
